Changes:
- Music to go: Bluetooth transmission speed is better from the most mobil phones

- The correct machine ID of MF1 and MV1 machines will be shown on the website.
- Creditupdate and Creditdisplay in the booking is correct now.
- Spanish configuration: new SGAE logo
- Use of the normalizer from the version 1.61
- Takeover from the volume for background titles and choosen titles is correct now.
- Christmas genre will be activated on 15.11 now
- Birthday Feature: Titles that are not available will be marked with "coming soon" now
- Austrian standard configuration: Now Germany is also activated in the country settings.
- Buy button disappeared at some titles when selected, although the icon was shown.
- Italy: Translation fault fixed
